I started my licensure 3 years ago and got through the course work very quickly - my son got cancer so it got put on the back burner. i had one more month to take the test before having to repay to do the courses again - so I started studying hard core. I listened to 100+ episodes over a 3 week period (among other studying) and passed first time taking the test!!! I think listening to the concepts and then how to answer the questions helped IMMENSELY. We don’t get to see our scores other than pass/fail - but the national was a BREEZE. Must listen if you want to pass!

I PASSED!!! First time for both the national and state exams! All thanks to Brian with the AHA Real Estate Prep Podcast! After my first real estate class I knew I would need additional support. My classes were online and no joke the instructor would be eating breakfast and lunch and mumbling reading the book. Another girl spoke up a few times and she ended up kicking her out of the class. I already spent so many hours I just kept my head down and mouth shut to just have her sign off for my hours. I don’t know how this is even an approved school. I’d like to save someone else from wasting their hard earned money and time. So that’s when I was fortunate enough to find this podcast and I’ve listened to every episode, some multiple times. There was no state prep but I was able to Google as much as I could. Thanks to Brian I am beyond grateful to say I passed!!! I couldn’t have done it without you Brian, thank you thank you thank you!

I was struggling to pass the Real Estate General exam after 2 failed attempts I started to listen to this podcast and was able to pass. This podcast helped tremendously from terms, practice questions and motivation to pass!
