Really appreciate these open and candid conversations with the mayor. The production quality is excellent. I always look forward to new episodes, it’s a great way to learn about what is happening in the city.

I’d love to see food trucks and regular live music in the new Adams Green. So many people would hang around after work. What a beautiful space! Quincy did a great job and the police are good at keeping the peace.

As a concerned resident of Quincy, I find Mayor Koch's podcast extremely disrespectful and offensive. His dismissive attitude toward constituents, especially those who question or disagree with him, is appalling. He consistently mocks and belittles residents, using a high-pitched, nagging tone to imitate and ridicule them. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the people he is supposed to serve.

Mayor Koch's arrogance, ignorance, and closed-mindedness are on full display in every episode. Instead of fostering an inclusive and respectful dialogue, he perpetuates a toxic environment where legitimate concerns are brushed aside. His podcast is a platform for his right-wing, misogynistic, and bigoted views, which are deeply concerning.

Additionally, Mayor Koch shows no respect for the separation of church and state. He frequently uses his platform to promote his Catholic beliefs, suggesting that society should revert to "traditional" ways of life reminiscent of the 1950s. This is a clear violation of the principles of a secular government and is deeply troubling for a diverse community like Quincy.

One of the most disturbing issues is his cover-up of a major sexual abuse scandal involving his nephew, Andrew Keenan-a former police officer and son of the recently retired chief of police. Despite overwhelming evidence—including testimony from the victim and her mother, other residents and employees of the group home, and hard evidence like phone records showing sexually explicit photos and messages—his nephew was never convicted. This scandal, involving the abuse of a cognitively impaired woman living in a group home where his nephew also previously worked, was swept under the rug, demonstrating a gross misuse of power and a blatant disregard for justice.

Quincy deserves better leadership—someone who listens and respects all residents, not someone who uses their platform to mock, dismiss, and impose personal religious beliefs, while covering up serious misconduct. I cannot recommend this podcast to anyone who values respectful and constructive civic engagement.
