Dr. Edwin’s lectures are my favorite of any podcast or great courses lectures. A lot of people know something about the ancient europeans and asians but we know next to nothing about ancient Americans. Dr. Barnhart explains all he knows in a simple straight forward way almost anyone could understand. There is so much information that just isn’t being taught to the world about the Americas. I would kill to meet Dr. Edwin one day and hear everything he has to say. Check out his lectures in great courses plus or wonderium. You will not regret it. I’m so grateful to learn so much from him for free. i would gladly pay. Keep it up Dr. Barnhart

In my opinion this is one of, if not the, best podcasts out there. The information is extremely well presented and the episodes are long enough to be enjoyable but not so long that they turn into a listening marathon. Ed’s stories about his time on site are wonderful and sometimes hilarious, and all of his episodes are full of fascinating information.

Such a well researched study of fascinating topics. Archeo Ed is worth the listen. Haven’t found another podcast to top the research and teaching.
