What a refreshing & fun take on podcasting about TV. So cool to hear their expert insight, feel like I’m learning so much about the BTS of reality TV and the psychology of it all! Can’t wait to hear more!!

I like the idea of this show: a reality TV producer and a psychotherapist talk about Bravo shows from their unique perspectives. The show has a lot of potential, but the hosts need to have more fun with it. I can feel them being worried about saying something wrong and it brings the energy down. Loosen up, say what you really think, and have fun with it. Also maybe rethink inviting Ash on as a guest. Her takes are fine but wow is she low energy when she speaks. More guests that bring the mood up, not down, please!

This could have been a fun new bravo show but the hosts clearly have two different visions for this. One (with the deeper voice) is trying incredibly hard to be woke and inject that into every single moment, disputing everything the other host says. And I’m woke!! Like if that’s what the show is fine, it’s been done before a million times, but fine. But I hate listening to hosts dispute each other and never find common ground. Like did you talk before you hit record? Listen to other podcasts, it’s fun when the hosts get along and see things the same way! So many moments of the one host going off about feminism and then the other one saying “right” and changing the topic.
This is specifically about the Katherine Dennis episode, it’s maddening. I hope leaving this review early in the show will give them time to adjust.

This podcast would be more inviting if the hosts clean up their speaking styles- eliminating “like,” “kind of,” “just” (as in “I just want to say” - a female-dominant usage that minimizes what’s being said).
