I am grateful for his honest and gracious approach to seeking and teaching the truth. Gavin Ortlund is a true scholar and a true pastor and these both show very clearly in his work. He is charitable but uncompromising, and puts out a high volume of very solid content. He doesn’t fall into the trap a lot of Christian thinkers do of repackaging the same thing over and over. Highly recommend

When I’m done listening to an episode I never leave without learning something new, or thinking about something in different way. Even when I disagree with him, I can always understand/follow his point of view.

Love this channel and what Gavin not only teaches but models for his listeners. I have been greatly shaped by his books and podcasts on Christian unity. Our Savior and Lord prayed for us that we would love one another and be unified as He is unified with the Father. This love and unity directly impacts how the world sees Christ and His Bride.

This channel is a breath of fresh air when it seems like the majority of Christian content creators (in my experience) are seeking to ‘dunk’ on any opposing viewpoints even when it’s a brother/sister in Christ.
