Welcome to Too Personal: the podcast where we get real about the things we usually keep to ourselves. After years of sharing my life online, I started to feel disconnected from what I was showing the world and what was actually happening behind the scenes. So she decided to get a little more personal. Here, we’ll talk about the ups and downs of career, relationships, sobriety, mental health, body image, money, grief, sex, dating, starting over, and all the big life questions that come with figuring out who you are and what kind of life you actually want. Some episodes will make you laugh. Some might make you cry. And some might get a little too deep. Through honest conversations with interesting women and stories from my own life, Too Personal is a place to step away from the pressure to have it all figured out, hear a different perspective, and remember that there’s more than one way to build a happy, fulfilling life. Because if there’s one thing I have learned, it’s that you can live nine different lives, and you’re allowed to change your mind about the one you’re living.
