The Pre-Game Podcast is for the ages, the content grabs your attention at the start. Kayla & her guests share their unique stories & experiences, that I find to be relatable and insightful. I highly recommend The Pre-Game, looking forward to hearing more episodes.

I’ve been following Kayla for over seven years and when she said she was starting a podcast, I wanted to support. But truthfully, I enjoy watching every single episode. The conversations with the guests are so meaningful. I love that she’s curated a space that feels familiar; safe, and yet so authentic. I can’t wait to see what else The Pregame and Kayla have in store but I feel the best is yet to come.

I love listening to these podcasts. Kayla is very insightful, engaging, and brings a perfect mix of depth and humor. Highly recommend!

This podcast is so good and genuine. I feel like I’m listening to a conversation with friends each time. Kayla and her guests have a great balance of dropping gems without being overbearing. I look forward to listening each week! Way to go sis, this is what’s been missing!

I was really hoping that this was going to be my new podcast bc it seems right up my alley in terms of setup (e.g. talking through girl stuff/wellness with friends in a relaxed way) and I love this kind of light content for my daily commute. I think I thought this was going to be more in the vein of Call Her Daddy or something like that, but I just notice I’m always tuning out halfway through the episode and kind of bored. The host seems sort of lost but it might be bc the structure is all over the place and I am not familiar with any of the guests so I struggle with fully understanding what’s going on. It’s a newer pod so maybe it’ll find its footing later but it’s gonna be a pass for me for now. Super cute marketing, but there are definitely more interesting pods in my lineup. Gave 6 episodes a shot but I’m gonna keep it movin.

I really wanted to like this podcast, but it just didn’t deliver. The conversations feel scattered and lack depth, and Kayla often seems more interested in talking about herself than diving into meaningful discussions with guests. The production quality is poor, and the content feels repetitive and surface level. I was hoping for inspiration or insight, but left each episode feeling like I wasted my time. Definitely not what I expected.
