Missy’s willingness to share both the light and dark times of her life has helped me see that it’s possible to use all of those varying shades of color to paint an even more vibrantly divine view of life. Our bodies are so complicated and our minds and emotions also so intricately interwoven and this podcast is starting to unpack these ideas and is so relatable and interesting. Appropriate for movement professionals but also just anyone curious about any or all of these topics.
