The League Effect is a new podcast from the Junior League of Los Angeles, exploring how women turn volunteer leadership into lasting community impact. Each week, host Anika Jackson (past president, 2010 - 2011) sits down with JLLA members, community partners, and civic leaders to unpack what it takes to build real change in Los Angeles.
