I started listening to the podcast three years ago. I was going through a tough breakup at the time, and was looking to avoid silence. Of course I continued listening due to the gang’s amazing banter and outstanding wit:) My cat died very suddenly last week. Silence has been really hard again. I appreciate the laughs and the comfort that Josh, Christian, and Erika offer just by being themselves. Love you guys, kiss n pisses!
TRULY my favorite pod. I love the chemistry between you all and am so excited for new eps every week. Had to dock a star bc I personally find the live call in episodes absolutely excruciating and I think I just have to start skipping them. No hate, it's just awkward and the callers just yap way too long sometimes. The voicemail limit is appreciated.
After moving from Iowa to NYC where I don’t know anyone, The Judgies has become my comfort podcast. The accents soothe me to sleep. The local chain references calm my anxiety.
Hilarious podcast. Love the gang. If they figured out how to mix their sound properly, I will make this a 5 star review. The podcast in general is quiet compared to others I follow and I always have to turn up my volume to 30 (it’s normally at 20 for other podcasts) to hear them. Even still, the guys voice will sometimes get too low or far away or their mics to pick up.
I started listening because I had completely caught up on Reddit on Wiki, Two hot takes, and smosh. I tried to like this pod but it got to be impossible to listen to as they weren’t taking very serious stories seriously and or were downplaying them. If you’re going to read stories about assault, harassment, and other disturbing things then you shouldn’t be making jokes during those stories and should be very careful about downplaying people’s experiences and or the danger they could be in. It just seems that there’s way too much levity during these instances and it really turned me off this pod.
This podcast was great when it started, I listened to the full episode every Monday. Now I can’t even skip through an episode. The constant banter and interruptions during stories is unbearable. They quit putting in the effort to make episodes that got them to where they are. And the circle jergs and mail are not entertaining at all.
