The Deep Dish

I have never listened to a podcast in it's entirety, but I look forward eagerly to every single episode Melissa and Courtney release. This isn't merely a fluffy women's chat, but full of relevant, practical wisdom from women who really love Jesus. I've legitimately laughed and cried and nodded along throughout the episodes: I've found encouragement as a wife, mother, employee, church member, friend, Bible studier, and on the list goes. Hands-down my top - nay, only - universally recommended show.

These conversations are so authentic. I have enjoyed every one of them. It’s almost like you have a window into my world, but I guess that’s why it’s so relatable! Honestly, I feel like I’m sitting at the table with two of my friends having these conversations together. Except that I am listening at 1.5 times speed, so I doubt we’d be talking that fast! Laughs at that speed are the best! ;) Can’t wait each week for the new episode to come out and have been sharing with friends!!

The episode on biblical aging is fantastic. It is a much needed discussion! Some of the insights and thoughts expressed were new to me so I learned quite a bit from you. On a technical note, at times the sound was uneven so it was hard to hear what was said, especially in a car with interstate noise.

I love the content and conversation but it is such a quiet recording that I can rarely listen to it using my AirPods without pushing my AirPod into my ear so I can hear better. I am on planes a lot and this is the only podcast I can’t listen to on a plane because it is so quiet. It’s only really one of the speakers but she likely just needs to be closer to a mic! Not a complaint just wanted to let you know!
