Longing to know God and do what’s right in His eyes ~ but breaking under the burden of Patriarchal church leadership and legalism + the distortion that it brought to my marriage ultimately playing a role in our divorce and the pain that played out in our four children’s lives ~ I have wrestled deeply with God trying to understand and heal -how and why God did this happen? It has been 6 long years of complete brokenness and searching ~ pouring my soul out to God ~ reading learning studying + incredibly thankful for finding your podcast + other podcasts and authors who shine light into the Truth of God’s Word, breaking the silence of oppression. My soul is finding freedom and healing through this long broken journey ~ I am finding my love and passion for God deeper, my faith stronger and my heart learning to rest and trust in His grace and love ~ my source of Joy.
