The Tennis IQ podcast is fantastic for tennis enthusiasts. It also has a lot of interesting content for non-tennis players regarding the psychology of competition and performance. I've been listening to Brian and Josh for a few years, as I discovered their show shortly after picking up the sport. As hosts, they're very engaging, entertaining, and a joy to listen to. I've listened to many tennis podcasts, but this one stands out for its superb quality, depth, and variety. I've learned much from these guys and their guests - not just about tennis - but about how my mind and the minds of others work.

My coach challenged us to work on our Tennis IQ, and this podcast has been super helpful. When I’m not on the court, I work on my tennis game by listening to an episode and making note of minor changes I can make to my mental game. Loving it so far!
