Love the show! Comedy, insight and story telling. The boys have fantastic chemistry and every once & awhile they post videos of them golfing (which is actually why I started following to begin with).
The best podcast, love all the takes on everything going on in the NHL. Prime guests and I’m hoping you guys can get Landy on the show!!
Best episode in a long time, Ash had great stories, hope you boys bring him back on and get a few pops in him, so he can really open up. What really made this episode so great was the boys actually talked about the Dallas Stars! Granted it was literally for ten seconds, but it’s better than usual. I know we’re not a huge Canadian market team, or even a big east coast team, but I’d like to throw our hat in for Whit’s new team. We’ve been consistently top notch in the West for the past 5 years, but have yet to win the big one, so you’re joining a solid team but not quite on a bandwagon. We’ve got a great mix of young studs (watch out for Wyatt Johnston the kids legit) as well as wily veterans (Pavelski will never age as long as he’s tipping wicked shots in front of the crease). And let’s give some love to the best third line in the league with marchment duchene and seguin. And we can’t forget the giant otter in the net! I know you don’t want west coast teams for puck drop reasons, and that’s why the stars are perfect, you still get a reasonable night with them playing in central time. Hopefully you consider us a legit team to root for after we spitroast biz’s coyotes (one of his twelve teams) tonight.
I was skeptical when I first started listening, but I saw the reviews and gave it a listen. I haven’t stopped since. I like the way they joke with each other and talk about their personal lives. Then, they talk seriously about NHL hockey.
This used to be the best hockey podcast, focusing on great interviews with players and coaches. Now, however, it’s over 3 hours of talk about golf, movies, betting and other random stuff with a little hockey squeezed it. Over 3 hours!!!! Who has time for this ?!???!? It’s just so disrespectful to their audience that they don’t make the effort to curate the content. I came to this podcast for the hockey talk and I’m leaving it because of all the other talk.
I love the shows contact. Unfortunately, I can’t listen very much anymore because I often listen in the car with my kids that are sleeping and the audio volume varies so much from person of person. For a podcast of this size not have audio normalization is pretty insane.
