What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

My 6 year old and 4 year old daughters LOVE this podcast. As a teacher, I love it too. Each episode focuses on a topic and they regularly start their topic with a short list of key vocabulary words and definitions. The episode moves through the subject, looping back to key concepts. By the end of the episode, kids have a great grasp of the knowledge and vocabulary, even on complicated topics. My kids listen to Sleep Tight Science before bed, and the cadence of Cheryl’s voice, the repetition of some of the ideas, and the familiar format are perfect for relaxing them. It’s also fun for them to hear the names and ages of other listeners from around the world. They have each submitted questions they want to learn about and they often pipe up with “I’ve got a good question for sleep right science!” They learn so much and are more curious because of this podcast. Thanks for making it!

NoSmoSD · Aug 2026

We listen to all of these as a family when traveling, doing crafts, etc. They are so well written I don’t think it would put anyone to sleep.

srpiccollo · Jun 2026

We love this podcast so much with our nightly wind down routine. Our daughter is constantly asking science questions, and she really enjoys and appreciates the shout outs and children’s questions being answered!!

kayla-ray · Apr 2026

We started listening to this when we were staying somewhere new and my son was a little apprehensive about sleeping in a new place. We turned on this podcast and it became something we kept up with at home. Her voice is engaging and soothing at the same time. I love the variation in topics for sure! It’s so much fun to watch him learn this way. He would love to see one about HOW TO MAKE COTTON CANDY. Thank you!
