This is the podcast I didn’t realize my life needed right now. I suspect many might also be in need of Dan’s wonder and insight. He’s a gentle story teller with a wonderful sense of humor. This podcast shines for those of us who love travel and stories about unusual/silly places. He brings a sincerity without being sappy, whimsy with laughter. Each episode so far has brought me to tears because it’s the exact opposite of how turbulent the world feels- just listening to Dan travel and experience is a balm to the soul.

I was crestfallen with the end of Knowledge Fight. It felt like losing a friend. But Dan didn’t leave his listeners hanging for long. With his talent for research and narration he has discovered the perfect format for a new show. I’m only 2 episodes in, but I can already tell this is going to be a favorite.
