I am getting so much great information from this podcast, and feel I know Gene and Gil personally at this point. I am not very well traveled but wish to retire somewhere warm and close to the beach. Listening to this podcast helps me to know so much more than simply how the weather is, such as cost of living, quality of health care, safety, friendliness of neighbors, and variety of entertainment choices. You present everything so thoroughly while keeping the dialogue casual and fun, like a conversation with friends, humor very much intact.

Enjoy listening to Gil and Gene podcast. It is hard to find podcasts that cover the criteria when looking for a place to retire. Cost of living factors such as housing, healthcare, transportation, crime, food costs, utilities, social opportunities, etc. All this served with light banter by Gil, Gene and guests. I hope this podcast continues to offer different
opinions and decisions on relocation of retirees. Thanks Gil and Gene!

I love everything about Gil & Gene and their guests. Listening is like a having a little coffee talk with friends. I am a few years out from moving for retirement and I end up falling in love with almond every location discussed. It has definitely given me a lot to think about and look forward to! I will be first in line for the book when Gil and Gene publish!!!

I retired in 2021 and moved overseas immediately. Looking to move again and this podcast is now my very favorite, the calm smooth way this podcast is presented, I feel like the hosts are my good friends at this point, they are so good ar bringing out the details from each guest. Kudos Gil and Gene, you are helping a lot of people make big decisions in their lives. Gotta go back now and keep going through their library until I catch up on all the episodes. Love this podcast!
