Despite the shift in advertising (I think it’s already been well covered by previous comments), the shows are great. I love the rotation and especially enjoy the lesser known Dr Sixgun and Frontier Town, along with the steady stream of Gunsmoke and the Lone Ranger.

OTR Westerns are a great listen. I have heard other versions of Old radio shows that are hard to listen to because of the audio quality. But OTR Westerns provides each episode as a stand-alone product with very good quality for the most part. If you subscribe you can listen in the order it’s posted. There is a little banter by the host at the tail end of each episode- reading emails and providing a little info about the show.
I’ve been hooked on OTR for my ride home from work each day. Thank you OTR Westerns....!

The announcer talks too much, rambles on too long and speaks too fast. He needs to learn to annunciate!! It would improve the entire podcast if his comments were limited to one minute at the intro, no comments other than a brief thank you for listening at the end.
Mr Rhymes says he started 10 years ago as a “labor of love” (his words) then asks listeners to buy a $750 mic for him or send money for a subscription with vague promises of what one receives for the donation.
