What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I don’t mean to say this podcast is boring, because it’s not. But I find it so relaxing to listen to that it helps me sleep. The hosts are charming, and I appreciate no ads.

Good information on this podcast. However, I think the episode about feral cats and saying that trap neuter release programs are bad, is extremely misguided and dangerous. During that conversation, you neglected to talk about procreation and the amount of cats that are born every year. Trap neuter release programs, when the cat goes back to where it was found not to another location, reduces the amount of cats that are born every year. That is the important part of that program. They are also vaccinated and treated for fleas, which is better than never having done either of those things in the first place. Throwing negative light on trap neuter release programs is irresponsible.

The Nature Guys deliver a relaxed, conversational podcast on a variety of topics. Their style and delivery would engage kids as well. Nice show!

Nature Guys is by far my favorite podcast out there. I've listened to almost every nature and plant podcast I could find, and none have stood the test of time like these guys. The shows are so well done and flow perfectly. The host and cohosts are fun and upbeat. The topics are super exciting and chocked full of information. I can't believe how much I learned in these shows! I'm going to go as far as to say it may have changed my life. I'm converting my property to a native plant nature preserve, and I could not figure out how to add a water feature. For over a year, I lost sleep trying to figure this out. Then Bob and Charles had the show on Vernal Pools, and I fell in love with that idea. My dream is coming true now, and I'm building one in my backyard. I get so excited when I see a new episode in my feed. :)
