Really fun show! Lots of great improvisation. I like the framing concept: each episode shows the same world and characters but just with one element different.
I’m an avid podcast listener (hours daily) and it took me far too long to find Dispatches from the Multiverse. It is labeled as improv but is also well produced with SFX- do not fear the improv genre label. (Some other great shows labeled as fiction are improv’ed too!)
This improvised show just might change your mind about improvised shows. It's very well—if not rather simply—produced, ridiculous, and seriously funny. Give it an episode to see if it's your cup of tea. Because there are 300 of them!
After accidentally inventing a portal instead of a bageltron2000, Max visits different dimensions and uploads his recordings from his adventures across the multiverse. He constantly insists that his recordings are real and he is trying to inform the world of his amazing discovery. Become a Patron to discover the real truth! * Great podcast that isn’t promoted enough, I stumbled on it by coincidence and I binged every episode in under a week plus the Patreon episodes. I still can’t believe how this gem hasn’t been discovered more!
