As someone who struggles with their ADHD, finding music to go along with my day while I am reading, studying for my next exam, needing a break from this world’s noise is important. This is the perfect ambient music for me. Calm, serene, peaceful. It’s perfect for my needs and accommodates my sensory issues perfectly. Thank you Calm Pills, for music such as this that truly makes a difference in individual’s lives. 🙏🏽❤️✝️
The power of calming ambient sounds should not be under-estimated for anxiety issues. Really encourage folks to try this. It's helped me immensely.
I’ve been listening to this everyday for hours on end to drown out the street racing, gunfire and mentally ill neighbor noise. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. I think it even helps my cat relax. I’m amazed it’s ad-free, no other podcast I’ve found is ad-free. I hope to sign up as a supporter, it’s well worth it and I am grateful. Thank you for creating these playlists.
If your having sleep troubles I would not hesitate to recommend this to you I often have troubles sleeping and if / when I do I just turn on this and I fall right to sleep. Also if you have anxiety as someone who is anxious a lot this is very relaxing and I cannot recommend it enough
