How often have you deleted unplayed podcasts because they just come at you relentlessly? Cody is different. Every episode I’m glad I committed. Always helpful. Always motivational, but ever with actual tools for action. Sometimes I have to stop the episode because it is too good and I can’t pay enough attention or take notes while driving. That rarely happens with any other.
Codie packs such great info to each episode and does so in such an inspirational way. She is blunt and honest! Loved the new episode about examining Rockefeller’s journey.
For BigDeal — Episode #123 Practical, high-motivation, straight talk for small business owners at any scale. The advice is actionable and direct. It does lean toward promoting their ecosystem at times, but the signal is still strong. Codie — truly appreciate you. Saying that as a supporter. And one tiny nit from Episode 123: there’s no “x” in “especially.” 😉
Codie is incredibly well spoken, honest, intelligent, and genuinely funny. I love what she brings each week, and listening consistently gives me so much happiness and guidance. Keep shining Codie you are truly doing amazing work.
I have truly enjoyed your insight on many things after following you for some time. Recently, I listened to your episode with Tony Robbins and found it interesting and in some ways, enlightening. Towards the end you both started to push his "free" Time to Rise Summit, which I thought I would check out. After agreeing to what I thought was a one-time, $1 contribution to help feed those in need, I was unknowingly signed up for a $37/month subscription. Did they email about it? Once. The day before the charge, which was routed to my Promotions folder in Gmail. A quick Google search told me I was one of MANY who fell for this. While I realize you're the host and not affiliated with Robbin's Research International, I do feel it is your responsibility to know who you're promoting so passionately on your show. If any part of your wealth comes from helping to manipulate people who are simply trying to motivate themselves towards greater achievement, then I'm not sure your financial and life conversations are worth continuing to consume, which is a shame.
