Base Camp Adventures

This podcast was recommended by a friend, so we gave it a try and instantly fell in love! My kids are obsessed with base camp, but what I love most of all is the biblical references and relevance that speak directly to my children. My daughter was struggling with knowing whether she had the salvation of Jesus Christ and the very next day we happened to listen to an episode that spoke about exactly that! We are blessed to have this resource!

I discovered Base Camp about two or three years ago when Life Action came to our church and at the time I was going through a tough time because my aunt passed away the previous year and I felt like I would never get through it until my friend turned it on when we were on a road trip and from there it became my number one podcast and on of my favorite episodes was Jimmy and the Carnival Fantastic because it seemed that JJ was going through the same thing I was but when I heard the episode it felt like it all made sense and over the months I started to feel better. So I would say that this podcast changed my life so thank you. Btw there needs to be a 7th season please! Also my favorite line would be when Terrence and Piper were talking in the beginning of the episode Jimmy and the Carnival Fantastic and Terrence said,” But Joe is nimble. Piper: “Nimble?”Terrence: “It means-“Piper: “I know what it means it’s just a weird word.” Terrence:” You’re a weird word!” Lol😂 Anyways a short summary would be that this is an amazing podcast and everyone should listen to it and also I love how it talks about bible verses and helps me understand the meaning of them. And a huge question for me was answered in one of the scenes in One way out when Karen and Ranger Sue talk about Karen’s relationship with God but I cannot spoil anymore so again, best podcast ever!!

Our family loves it!! We heard it from a recommendation and we just kept on listening! We listened to it like every night at bedtime!!! Incredible Fantastic Funny love all the lessons about Jesus but at the same time it gets really exciting and thrilling!!!!! Well done 👍🏼 thanks 😊 Please come out with album 7!! I think this could be a really big thing like Adventures and Odessy! But keep it how it is lol

I have listened to this podcast since I was little and I still LOVE it today!!! It’s so hard to find an appropriate, and good podcast, but Base Camp is the perfect thing for kids to listen to. It’s perfect, appropriate, teaches you good biblical lessons, and it’s funny!!! The episodes are so well-made, I love how in some episodes you see Mountain Man Jack’s past and how he came to know the Lord!
