What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

As a listener since 2018, maybe only Ezra Klein’s show has expanded my thinking and view of the world as much as Chris’ show. The two aspects I like most about the show and Chris as a host: - the guests are so good, the lineup has become my go-to book recommendation list. Almost all the best books I’ve read from Carol Anderson, Patrick Radden Keefe, Heather McGhee, etc I’ve been introduced to first through the WTH pod - the occasional random, non-political topics, the ones that come to mind are Polynesia Jan 2024, ask a swole woman, “the future of..” series, and Energy and Evolution June 2021

Great discussion about what’s in the Project 2025 report … Prof. Zimmerman was concise in his explanation … thank you for covering this topic and having your past podcasts available- appreciate your efforts!

Mrs. Gummybear · Aug 2024

This is an excellent show that gives the best description, of our immigration issues that I have ever heard. I wish there was someway to get people who do not listen to MSNBC to hear this. Everyone should hear it. Thank you for doing it!

Plantsaregirls · Apr 2024

Terrific interview with Meir Baruchin. I listened twice once by myself and then with my husband. I sent to all my family and friends as well. Brave man and well conducted interview by Chris. We are Jewish and Meir spoke so eloquently for us on how we feel about our faith.

Ruby1234up · Apr 2024

He books smart, interesting guests and then talks all over them. You want to hear them expand on their views but instead Hayes rambles about how the topic relates to him and you can hear them beginning to jump in but Hayes steamrollers over them. He should just interview himself.
