My favorite narrator is Eric Jason Martin just to counter balance the negative reviewer who states he can’t listen to him read an article. Yes his style is unique but incredibly brilliant. His pieces come alive in a way not created by other narrators although for the most part NY Times has kept the tradition of excellent narrators employed by the Audm app we all so enjoyed and miss. So don’t be misled or miss the opportunity to hear his work and judge for yourself.

Humans should be narrating these stories. The AI voices are grating to my ears and lack warmth, intonation, all the goodness of a real voice actor.
