Um Neues zu schaffen, brauchen wir uns Menschen, Offenheit, aber vor allem Kreativität. Die Erfindung des Rades, die Erfindung der Elektrizität oder die Erfindung des Internets, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen, sind das Ergebnis menschlicher Kreativität. Die menschliche Fähigkeit Kreativität ist im Kontext von Innovationen in Unternehmen von besonderer Bedeutung. Erst die Kreativität ermöglicht es Menschen und Teams, neue Ideen zu entwickeln, die dann zu Innovationen führen und damit die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit langfristig sichern können. Doch nicht nur im Bereich Innovation brauchen wir Kreativität. Auch im alltäglichen Leben sind Menschen kreativ. In unserem Siemens Podcast Talking Creativity möchten wir über das Potenzial der wunderbaren Fähigkeit Kreativität mit tollen Gästen sprechen und die unterschiedlichsten Erfahrungen dazu austauschen. Du lieber Zuhörer kannst dabei etwas über diese wunderbare menschliche Fähigkeit Kreativität lernen und wirst dadurch vielleicht von Folge zu Folge ein kleines Stück kreativer. The invention of the wheel, electricity or the Internet, to name just a few examples, are the result of human creativity. The human ability creativity is of particular importance in the context of innovations in companies. It is creativity that enables people and teams to develop new ideas that can then lead to innovations and thus secure competitiveness in the long term. But it is not only in the area of innovation that we need creativity .In our Siemens Podcast Talking.Creativity, we would like to talk about the potential of the wonderful skill of creativity with great guests and share a wide variety of experiences about it.
