In a word, the podcast Stuff About Things is… REMARKABLE. Yes, it is educational, engaging, fascinating, well-researched, and interesting. But that is just a start! Bottom line: it tickles the heck out of me! Lindsay, the host, is a brilliant storyteller. Each episode is like a seven-layer art history cake: it has layers and layers of deep-dive, researched history, with gobs of witty, fun, personality-filled entertainment-frosting. It is a DELIGHT! Can’t wait for each episode.

My wife introduced this podcast to me during a road trip to visit our daughter at college. I instantly appreciated Lindsay’s approach to the subjects she covers. While educational it is extremely funny and entertaining. I also appreciate the fact that she doesn’t just churn out content but cares enough about research and structuring episodes. Even editorializing or fact checking herself after completing the episode. Look forward to more episodes!!

I recently found this podcast and have now listened to the first 20 episodes. The stories are well researched and thorough, full of intriguing back stories. I love how Lindsay posts all sources so we can read more if we want. Lindsay also is engaging and funny. Grazie Lindsay!!
