You brothers really are doing the Lord’s work. Giving a young Black woman (Mel Mitchell) the space to talk about cooch for almost the entire episode—not in a freaky, sexual, or male-gaze-y way, but on an “Our Bodies, Ourselves,” know-your-body, women’s health tip—while being funny as hell the whole time is exactly what we need in these perilous times. Plus y’all introduced me to the awesomeness of Deante Kyle + Big Ice Cup Kat!!! I’m almost ready to stop holding Langston personally responsible for “Salmon Teriyaki”. I love y’all. Thank you for your amazing work. 🤗
I’ve been a little mama (listener) since the beginning and I can not recommend this pod enough! Langston and David are too good at this and I want them everywhere, doing all the things! Tune in, y’all!!!
These dudes have one of the funniest yet eye-opening podcasts I’ve ever listened to! From their curiosity about conspiracies to dropping real facts, this show is the best. And the guests? Next level. They even introduced me to MANDAL (still not sure I’ll forgive them for that one haha). Also—how the heck did they score Will Ferrell?! These guys definitely got the juice
Langston and David are the kind of funny where even the connective language between the jokes is funny! I love the way their brains work, and their almost lyrical style of delivery. I started listening this year, and then went back and listened from the beginning. It was hands down the most pleasurable binge I’ve experienced in any media. People in cars next to me must’ve thought I was a lunatic the way I laughed at this show. But it also touches on cultural references and ideas about society that make me feel seen as a black weirdo ✊🏾
