Fragraphilia is the passion project of Jeff and Jane Dashley where they explore, express, and extrapolate as much as they can from the often mysterious and always magical world of perfume and fragrance.
Focusing more on luxury and niche fragrances, Jeff and Jane discuss what they've been wearing each week, news and trending topics that has caught their attention, as well as any impending new release that has them excited to try. In the final segment, they will each pull three fragrances from their sample collection for the other to blind test and offer their unadulterated opinion through a series of questions before each perfume is revealed.
About the hosts - Jane Dashley is a painter and artist with a long history in fashion blogging as Sea of Shoes. Jeff Dashley is a freelance web developer and designer. They live in the Dallas, Texas area with their son and three dogs.

I enjoy the podcast when it airs. However, new episodes are released randomly, and the last podcast was released a month and a half ago. With an increased focus on a consistent episode release schedule, the podcast will maintain and most likely increase its fan base. Otherwise, I think it will lose its relevance and its followers.

Obsessed is an understatement!
This podcast is my absolute favorite! Jeff and Jane are not only incredibly knowledgeable about fragrance, but they’re also such a joy to listen to! I genuinely look forward to every new bi-weekly episode. Their dynamic is so charming (they’re the cutest couple!), and their passion for scent is contagious. I’ve already been influenced to buy three fragrances because of them… it’s becoming a bit of a problem, but I’m not mad about it! lol I just wish there were more episodes! If you’re into fragrance or even just curious about the world of scent, this podcast is a must-listen!

As a fellow fragrance lover, I find this podcast to be perfect in every way. I love the length of the episodes, and I especially love how you both speak about fragrances that are not necessarily main stream. I’d never even heard of many of the houses you talked about when I first discovered your channel, but I feel like I’ve learned so much, and definitely more than just what’s being hyped on tik tok currently. I also love your art, Jane, and Jeff, your voice is like buttery aged leather, you should narrate books.
Please keep the episodes coming, I’ve binged everything in the last few months and now I’m going through withdrawals.

One of my new favorite perfume podcasts! Jeff & Jane are both fun and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they are samplers of niche and off the beaten path brands. Plus, I find them not working directly in the fragrance industry and not being in NY or LA more relatable in how they talk about perfume. It’s refreshing to have a different perspective than most perfume podcasts in that regard. Bonus -they sometimes have fun tea and cocktail recommendations :)
