What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Even holistic vets can’t know everything - Rita’s detailed information helps me fill the gaps in my dog’s needs and sometimes my own! This can all seem overwhelming but Rita speaks slowly and clearly and also repeats what she said so it sinks in. This is a terrific adjunct to her book.

LisalovesScout! · Mar 2026

Dogs are Individuals is hands down my favorite podcast. Not only do I learn a ton from each episode, but I find myself laughing out loud at Rita’s humorous commentary.

Christine Fried · Sep 2023

As someone that I started studying about herbs and the benefits to them, knowledge isn't as accessible for animals. I’m find this podcast extremely helpful in getting insight to the benefits of going a more holistic route versus using strictly pharmaceuticals for dogs. Rita is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about this subject and I love the fact that she still reminds you that this isn’t the only option and make sure to always take your dog to the vet. I have worked with a multitude of holistic and TCM veterinarians and honestly find Rita to be more knowledgeable than even those I’ve worked with. Thanks Rita for taking the time to share!
