非常优质的节目，让孩子看妈妈老师Youtube视频的初衷本来只是让她多一些中文的exposure，结果发现节目的内容也这么优秀，不仅学到了中文，还学会了思考各种很好的问题，用有趣的方式认识了传统文化，还有很多很有爱的价值观，大人看起来也会觉得有趣和感动。现在，女儿看电视最先点播的是妈妈老师，然后才是汪汪队之类的动画片。一有什么需要养成的好习惯，我也能够理直气壮的请出妈妈老师：“妈妈老师不是也说过了吗？要…”这时她就能够很容易的接受。现在又出了podcast，开车的时候也能一起学习、一起探索了！❤️

This is a great way for my 7 and 9 year old sons to get some additional Chinese exposure while we are in the car. I was worried that the topics may be too advanced for them, but after listening to the 2 episodes on aging, they described to me that when we age, pieces of our DNA get shorter and that this process is accelerated by things like drinking alcohol and getting too much UV exposure.

Since I had recently read a book about aging which described this exact process (it took me 35 years to learn about telomeres😂), I knew that they had grasped it and I was thrilled that they were able to receive such a great introduction to a pretty advanced concept in their second language, no less!

Note: for listeners who find this content a little advanced for their kids, I HIGHLY recommend checking out MamaLaoshi’s YouTube channel! The content there is also great but geared toward a younger audience. Although we limit screen time pretty strictly, it is one of the few things we allow our 2 year old to watch, and she requests it daily.

全家都爱的Podcast 😍听够了故事 看够了动画片，真的很开心找到这样一个优质的中文节目！commute的时候也能和孩子一起，学到很多知识点，再也不担心小朋友问各种各样的奇怪问题了 😂

Love this podcast for my two children under 5! I am an American-born Chinese, and my Chinese vocabulary has grown a lot as I listen to this podcast with my kids. My older one has been listening to this podcast ever since it started, and he has been watching Mama Laoshi YouTube videos for the past 2 years. Keep up the great work, Mama Laoshi!
