I listened to a few other T1 podcasts but they’re so long and drawn out I can’t finish an episode in a car ride let alone wanting to listen to t1 for over an hour. Neil is amazing, started following him on tiktok and now here! These quick clips are perfect. I’ve been T1 for going on level 32 this year but we can still learn so much! Plus I can get my friends to listen to T1 info for 5 instead of 75mins❤️ this is 100% perfect!

Neil!!! The GOAT, the legend, the giant of our beautiful T1D community! His humor, empathy, compassion, and wisdom make every episode a goldmine whether it’s getting advice or just feeling understood. I always feel motivated and hyped after listening to an episode.
