I don’t often leave reviews but I felt obligated to say how great this podcast is especially with my not so great experiences with anxiety/educational podcasts in the past which may have sounded good at first, but then the more I listened, I would notice things pop up that are not evidenced based, someone talking about themselves for half the episode, or other unhelpful things. This has been the first anxiety podcast I have found that has been consistently good, reliable, evidenced based, comforting, and motivating. It’s been a great supplement to therapy. Kimberly is so kind, knowledgeable, and real. ♥️

I’ve struggled with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and panic on and off during different phases of my adult life. I’ve seen a few therapists and some have helped and others really haven’t. I found this podcast years ago during one of my struggle periods and I’m very thankful I did. If I’m having a rough day, I browse the episodes and can find something that speaks to me. The content and the knowledge she shares is invaluable when I feel lost and alone and like no one can possibly understand. I feel braver and ready to face the hard things and face myself and things discussed here help me with that. Thank you for doing this podcast.

Just listen to it! A compassionate and full of science-based knowledge podcast that helped me so much in the last couple of years. Great for when you’re right in the rabbit role of anxiety, but also to build up your skills on how to navigate life with its natural ups and downs.
