I could listen to these two all day, every day—no exaggeration. I’ve always loved their Yogaland episodes, but their Yoga-ish episodes? Pure joy. There have been so many moments where I’ve laughed out loud (literally burst into laughter!) while listening. Andrea is an absolute marvel, and Jason—let’s call him a gem—is just brilliant. Their chemistry is everything!
I melt every time they share little stories about their daughter and her sweet adventures. Beyond the laughs, they’re incredibly inspiring. They’ve helped me understand so many yoga fundamentals, blending philosophy and science in a way that feels both grounded and accessible.
Call me nerdy, but the way they articulate ideas? It kills me—in the best way. I just LOVE them. Funny and serious at the same time, they balance each other so beautifully. I’ve been tuning in for over a year now and truly, I still can’t get enough!

I’ve come to rely on Andrea’s conversations as I would on a good friend whom I call when I need support. Not sure how I missed the one with J. Brown from 2018. I related to this one very deeply. “Gentle is the new advanced” is a philosophy from which we can all benefit. So much wisdom and heart in this episode. Also, really appreciate the conversation with Dr. Gail Parker. I agree that it’s important for white people to talk about race. Sounds like I’d enjoy her books too. Yogaland is always in my rotation. Thanks so much for your many years of work on this! 🩷

Updated: Still one of my favorite podcasts. Yoga-ish is fun, and wise and thoughtful. Did I mention fun? I appreciate the respect Andrea and Jason show for each other and their daughter, as well as their audience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Original: Wonderful - informative and fun. Andrea is so down to earth and asks the questions we all want to ask. I always feel a little bit smarter after listening this podcast and always find something to incorporate into both my teaching and my own practice. Thank you!

Andrea and Jason are so insightful and give great, detailed, and palatable information. This is my favorite podcast. I also recently emailed Jason a question and he got back to me which was super nice!

I used to love this podcast. Mainly because I thought it was very informative and I always took away something new that I could apply to my teachings. However, I was extremely disappointed when politics became the topic of conversation. In a time where politics is always as the forefront, I thought this podcast could be an outlet. I don’t share the same political views or beliefs as Jason. And that’s okay to me. But this podcast made me feel like I am being shamed because I may feel differently or have different opinions. Hopefully I can return to listening one day.
