Ally is a truth teller and she inspires me to bring my current truth to the page. I love that it does not have to be my final truth, but letting it spill out ‘as is’ is the first step. I’ve been able to write down secrets I kept for over a decade and heal the parts of me who felt like they had to hold on so tightly to them.

I have read Ally’s book, The Power of Writing it Down and taken one of her workshops. She is amazing!! She provides step by step instruction with a focus on the writing not publishing. I think this is so important as someone who wants to write their personal story but is hesitant to put all that negativeness out in the world. Super excited to follow along on her new podcast!!!
