I’ve listened to Rita’s music since 2001 and have followed her podcast for about a year. I’ve always had so much respect for her approach and posture, both in worship and in her relationship with the Lord. Her podcast offers a level of wisdom that is just plain hard to find out there today. Highly recommend!

Rita’s ability to be raw and real is so healing and refreshing. It’s rare to find messages like these that will hit at the heart of the issues and struggles of our lives. Rita’s honesty and candidness thought provokingly open us up, and invites us to heart surgery with the Lord. Be prepared to have a word from the Lord sneak up behind you and speak deeply into your life. Thanks Rita for being a spiritual mother and pillar of strength to Christian men and women everywhere. Your willingness and devotion to the Lord makes me think of Elisabeth Elliot- in the face of suffering, loss, and unanswered questions, she stayed resolute and the Lord turned her life into such a powerful, incredible legacy, that still shouts today. Love many of the interviews, but my favorite is listening to you tell your story and sharing candidly. Thank you!

Sometimes it feels like God lets you look in my heart, mind and Spirit. Finally, a message about raising your fists to God and it’s OK.
I’ve had chronic pain and physically limitations since October of 2003. And God is still good. Even when I got maybe 10 hours sleep a week because of pain. My kids aged 10,6and 2 living through this and as I was raging at God for how I was failing as a Mom. He said “do you trust me?” Or do you have to “do” for Me to be real? He is so good. I wasn’t instantly healed. But God used friends and family and church family to get us through.
I have been so blessed and ministered through your anointing of worship. Please keep going to see how God still wants to use you.
I have been a worship leader since I was 16. 37 years learning from the Lord and you. At a conference you said picture a chair in front of you even at practice. Picture Jesus and that is who you are singing too. Worship doesn’t need 25-30 to show up. Worship should happen with the first note.

The Lord has ministered so deeply to my heart through Rita for over 20 years, and so of course discovering her podcast was just another way God spoke through her to me. It’s been healing, comforting, challenging, convicting and deeply moving. Thank you Rita!!!
