Really enjoying this new pod! Love the back and forth ribbing between the hosts. Keen insights into battles and campaigns I’m not familiar with. Appreciate the regular AMA. Gotta send in some questions before everyone else finds out about this pod!

Excellent podcast! I like the format. I’ve come to “know” John C McManus via the We Have Ways and the Unauthorized History of the Pacific War podcasts (both highly recommended). So I’m glad he is doing one now as well. I’ve not heard of Kevin before (sorry, John don’t pile on) but I will be getting the first volume of his Patton trilogy! Mark is the silent weapon of this podcast. Much more than a producer. Keep up the good work and please keep these coming. These stories, history and perspectives need to be told! God Bless.

Comparable to ‘We Have Ways’, John provides fantastic insight and commentary focusing on major US events in WWII. John’s knowledge of topics discussed is unmatched.

I’ve been a fan of James Holland & Al Murray, both Brits, and their podcast, We Have Ways. Now we have our American version, two knowledgeable guys trading knowledge and jabs. I discovered this podcast on Angus Wallace’s WW2 podcast of have binged all of the episodes in a day. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more great episodes.
