Woodbine: A Parkdale Haunts Production - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I’m really not certain how I’ve not listened to Parkdale Haunt until now. I came across Woodbine in my show suggestions, saw all the previous Parkdale eps and immediately dug in. While I feel like I’ve been missing out, I also kind of love that I’m getting to binge it all now. This show totally slaps! The characters are so incredibly well developed, the script is sharp & witty and the story is completely engrossing while being so well written.

Late to the party but loving the vibe. Thanks for making female protagonists that I’m actually able to identify with…finally!

I was listening to this podcast while vacationing and walking around Vietnam, and it made the experience even more magical. There’s something incredible about listening to nonfiction while exploring a country that feels so different from home—especially one with such a rich history and culture. The stories took on a new perspective, almost blending with my surroundings, making them feel even more immersive and exciting. It’s a reminder of how powerful storytelling can be when paired with real-world experiences!

This definitely keeps the story moving and the characters are well developed. Finding well written drama/horror is rare, so this one’s a nice listen. My only complaint is the low affect line delivery. It gets to be a little distracting at times.

I loved Parkdale Haunt and Woodbine has been feeding my vampire obsession. I like the characters and the audio design, both in terms of voice acting and music. Keep up the work❤️
