Been listening since 2020, and I truly don’t think I would’ve made it through my divorce without blocking my thoughts with Podcasts - and you two were a huge part of that! Jess and Russ got me through one of the hardest seasons of my life by making me laugh when I really needed it.

I finally made a contribution to Russ’ beer fund (you’re welcome, Russ! even though you are, respectfully, a bit of a corn 🤪🌽). Jess deserves endless hype for being the most patient human alive and putting up with him week after week. I love that she just never skips a beat - my ADHD could NEVER stay on task with Russ’ commentary 🤣

I am stoked to finally have time to enter my true crime and chill era, and there’s no better podcast to do it with. I just ordered some Door Dash, put on my comfiest, coziest clothes and am ready to dive in!!!

Y’all. Hands down the best podcast I’ve ever found. The people I work with surely think I’m insane because I’ll randomly bust out laughing at something Russ says. I’ve even catching myself quoting him throughout the day now. This is the only show that I actually listen to all the banter and truly enjoy it. I love the vibe and the way Jess tells the stories. Never change because you guys are the best!

So shout out to “A Trial by Podcast” for directing me to this show! I too am a nurse, specifically a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so it’s basically my personality now. I love a knowledgeable take on anything medical within a true crime story. I really had to come here just to say that the opening sequence for the Kristen Gilbert story gave me CHILLS girl! I felt it in my soul as a nurse advocating for one of the most vulnerable and stigmatized populations. I’ll literally fight someone for my patients too. I see you! lol can’t wait to hear more from yall!

Love this podcast! I listen while I’m in my workshop creating. Jess is fantastic telling each story. I literally feel like I’m watching it all in real time. I can see it all in my head! That’s a talent! And Russ - always keeping it real! My absolute FAVORITE podcast !
