No matter what stage of the situation you may be experiencing, from the first red flag, to post divorce, Grace covers every aspect of the experience. This is appropriate for people experiencing DV and for loved ones seeking excellent advice on how to help/support someone going through this. It’s appropriate for counselors and healthcare workers and support staff. This will help validate your experience over and over and over. When you feel like you’re going crazy, like maybe you’re responsible for the situation, like there’s no hope and no way out, this podcast will help you. I guarantee it. There is so much evidence based information as well as anecdotal detail. You will learn how the abuser thinks, finally. Thank you SO MUCH Grace for the hard work you put into this.

I find myself excited for the next episode because of intense wave of validation I feel with every episode. When I was in my past relationship I felt so alone because I didn’t know what was happening to me and I took so much blame. God somehow put this podcast on my sights and I have been free for 5 months. The women that Grace brings on here are brave enough to share their stories and it’s stopped me from going back. I’m telling you, it’s life changing .
