From understanding biohacking, (a term that felt offputting to me art first!) to using the word *optimization* in my daily life and getting insights on products that make sense for me and are not marketing fluff(!) - I use Kristin and her guests insight to enjoy time learning and making smart decisions around my family’s wellbeing.
