I found this podcast because I went down a Google rabbit hole looking to see what Megan Barton Hanson from Love Island UK was up to these days. So glad I found this! I love the depth, the rawness, and the courage that a lot of his guests have to speak on topics that may be considered a bit too “taboo” by society. I feel that Paul creates a safe space for his guests. Looking forward to many more episodes!

Paul is clearly a great listener and masterful at asking the right questions. In the recent episode with the former CIA spy “how to tell when someone’s lying” (or something to that effect).
I so loved the first 27 minutes but was hoping he would have continued with his guest to explore the actual tile of the episode. The remainder of close to 1h30 mins was about his experience at the CIA and while interesting, I think he lost an important moment with listeners.
Nevertheless, I appreciated the candor and vulnerability explored. Just craved for much more around the actual episode title.

I tuned into Paul’s podcast for the first time to listen to Gabor Mate. While I benefited from listening to Gabor as I always do, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a great interview. Will definitely be listening to more of Paul’s content.
