What an incredible podcast that allows not only for the veterans sharing their stories, but for listeners, military or not, to understand and share in these incredible testimonies. The rawness and truth shared about the good and the bad brings healing and understanding. Being a wife of a marine, and walking this journey from bootcamp to civilian life, having a place where veterans and family of veterans can share, means so much to me. One thing stands true, Urban Valor has created a place where veterans can share without being judged, where military and civilians can get a glimpse of military life, and get to know the men and women who serve and protect our great country. Thank you for this amazing space.

The Urban Valor Podcast and YouTube channel offer a unique format that presents both the raw experiences and self-reflections of Veterans, as well as those who have relationships with them and are affected by their service in as many ways as the veterans themselves.

There are plenty of podcasts and interviews out there getting the Veterans personal perspective, but this deeper dive allows the listener to gather a more complete understanding of the service and experience of Veterans and their friends and families that you won’t get somewhere else.

Keep up the great work Urban Valor, you are providing an important perspective on service that most who haven’t served wouldn’t see otherwise.

There are so many stories from veterans and their families that go untold. Urban Valor provides real insight into their experiences before, during, and most importantly after their service to the country. For the interviewees, being heard is as important helping others take a peak behind the curtain of military service and how it permanently changes those who were drafted or volunteered to serve.

These are amazing stories as Air Force veteran. Some of this just gives me chills. Some of it makes me think everything we did and have done made it worth it. I think the veteran community needs more of this. Because this just doesn’t cover combat missions this is stories from combat to sexual assault boot camp etc! I have never been more interested in a podcast then this. I wish we all could share some of our stories!!
