Great pod! Extremely relatable, lots of honesty, but also well-edited and a really manageable length. Plus Alex has a great delivery and a lot of insight. Cant wait for the next episode!

I’m really enjoying this podcast so far! But I do think it’s strange to say that ordinary people are conquering the things they are afraid to do, but they aren’t actually ordinary people. The winner of Survivor worried about being recognized at Karaoke isn’t ordinary to me. I would much rather hear this from the POV of your local bodega owner or grocery bagger, bus driver, barista etc. As if Studs Terkel said, “Hey, let me talk to the general American populous about what they are afraid to do and why.”

I loved Alex on Normal gossip and love her new venture. Life is filled with moments where you don’t quite know what you’re doing and hope no one notices. So hearing people describe how they’re trying a new thing is cathartic and entertaining.

MTV’s Made was PEAK television and Alex has brought that show into an audio format. I appreciate that they are not here to judge or shame participants but to encourage them and help them see their goals are achievable.
