I have been listening to John and Kay for years and happily joined their Patreon within the first couple of listens!! Kay is a superb story teller and her research is top notch. I love listening to John’s commentary and the convos and banter between him and Kay!! They are so easy to love and they deserve a much higher rating on all the charts. Just listen! I promise you won’t regret it!!
Ps: Kay needs to be an audible narrator too!!
Love these two!!

I randomly stumbled upon these two and haven’t looked back. Kay is truly an amazing storyteller and her (I think, education in history education) is fascinating adding so much depth to these cases - I’ve learned so much! Absolutely love listening to her tell John who gives great perspectives even though he has no clue what the story is about. I have been able to hear his investigative prowess grow from earlier episodes and am here for it. Highly recommend ✨♥️

I stumbled upon this podcast in June and have been obsessed ever since! I used to rotate between five different True Crime podcasts and avoided Patreon (not the most user-friendly), but after listening here, I needed more—and now I only listen to yours! I’m officially a proud Patreon member.
Kay, your voice is so soothing, even while describing the most horrific cases, and John, your insight and humor are the perfect balance. The other day I was devastated when Patreon told me I had no unplayed episodes… only to happily discover there were plenty left on Spotify/Apple that weren’t on Patreon (including the missing second half of a two-parter). Totally worth the ads and switching platforms to keep listening!
You’ve kept me company through cooking dinners, long car rides, being nap-trapped, and even during my “girl showers.” Please, raise your prices, quit your jobs, and just give us more episodes! I’d be 100% here for it! 😆 & John we’re birthday twins (though I’m a few years older).

One of my favorites to listen to on my way to work or just at home. Great research is done and the way the episode is told is done very beautifully.
