What an incredible podcast. You may not think you are in need of “counseling,” but this show is just incredible for growing in sanctification. Dr. Gifford is so wise, kind and helpful as he guides through the Word to help people be transformed! This show has truly blessed me and has taught me and helped me in so many ways. I love it!

Articulate, to the point, applicable, relatable examples, unpacks solutions according to the Word. One of THE BEST Biblical counseling podcasts out there. Keep up the good work … I am intently listening.

This podcast deserves a stellar 5+ rating! Dr. Gilford’s biblical counseling is exceptional, providing insightful topics, and discussions. He leaves you with practical applications for resolving life challenges through lens of Scripture.

I grew up in church all my life , literally since my mother’s womb. My father was an assistant pastor and my mother is an minister, and I understood and believed that Jesus died on the cross for my sins, but that was it for me. I never really dig deep into who he really is, his character , what he desires for me. Moving forward years later I dedicated my life back to Christ, reading my Bible , praying and having that one on one moment with God through conversation here and there, but yet over time I felt “stuck” or “something “ was missing. And I came across this podcast through a TikTok, and no regrets I will be following to keep going in the direction that I desire but as well most important what God wants for me to have the understanding of him, truly.
