Joke title aside, I’m glad I’m not the only person who loves and hates cars simultaneously. It’s painful having a passion for cars due to the engineering and artistic aspects of them while seeing the horrible effects they have had on not just nature, but society as a whole. I’m glad that there is now a “the War on Cars” like pod from car enthusiasts with genuine experience on the journalistic and lived side of the car community. Can’t wait for the future episodes.

I wanted to be a car designer from the first time I started drawing. Quickly, I realized gays in the car industry just didn’t quite fit (generally speaking). This pairing of two trans, seasoned car writers, and wrenchers is informed, sassy, smart, and such a cool addition to the landscape of car oriented pods. Love it!

I’ve been interested in car stuff for a bit but felt completely confused as to why given everything about car culture was openly hostile to everything I am and I believe.
