Like a lot of others in these reviews, I knew and loved Jason from his time on The Bachelor. I was excited to listen to his podcast, but did not expect to love it as much as I do. It’s fascinating, interesting, and educational — a great blend of the juicy stuff you want to know from these guests and informative, helpful tips, and lessons in their businesses. Jason is engaging, pointed and well phrased in his questioning and conversations. I learn something new every week while being very entertained.
The Lo Bosworth episode was my favorite to date as I have been a big fan of hers since the Laguna Beach days! I was very impressed by her interview; she came off incredibly intelligent and also so warm and engaging.
I also enjoy the friendship and humor between Jason and the curious Canadian, I always listen all the way to end to hear their recaps. Love Trading Secrets!

I am an avid home flipper in the Atlanta area and I’ve been pretty successful. However, there are a lot of things that Tarek pointed out that have happened to me in the recent past (decreasing home values, poor craftsmanship, etc). This podcast was awesome because I’ve been toying with wholesaling. His tips were invaluable and I look forward to using his recommended techniques.

I like most of the episodes but Tarek El Mousa’s arrogant, bombastic rant was tone deaf. Hearing him brag about taking advantage of homeowners who have distressed properties after floods and calling it a brilliant business idea while also throwing shade at people who work for a living was disgusting. Recently, Governor Newsom issued an executive order barring predatory investors such as El Mousa from making undervalued offers to families impacted by the LA firestorms, taking advantage of them by offering fast cash.
