Perfectly captures the zeitgeist of men’s fashion during these troubling times but still manages to hold a mirror to society and forces us to take a deeper look into what makes us us. I was in tears during the first 2 minutes of this podcast, not due to comedy but due to the utter weight lifted off my shoulders knowing someone had the guts to finally speak up against what makes the fashion industry so toxic.

The dedicated host who investigate what men’s fashion means to the world should be honored due to the sacrifice they give us every week. Each week they delve into the inner machinations of a topic such as fragile masculinity, climate change, political corruption, etc.

In conclusion “Throwing Fits” has earned itself on the Mt. Rushmore of podcast by clawing itself up from the bottom of an abyss titled “The Podcast Graveyard” and claiming it’s spot as the most fearless, adaptable, and cultured podcast to ever see the light of day.

It’s really good content but there’s so much talking over each other going on. Please let the guest finish talking. Also the volumes need to be adjusted, like the hidden episode. Hidden’s voice was super low but then the hosts voice would tear your eardrums when he would just say/shout something. I hope you guys take this as a positive criticism and not hate. I like the show, just more organization and less interruption.

Jimmy and Larry are very entertaining to say the least and pull some great guests. I listen because I enjoy the “jawnz enthusiasts” topics they discuss from a New Yorker point of view.

Reasoning for the 4/5 is because of the holier than thou persona you see so often in fashion bros. Jimmy and Larry sadly aren’t exempt from this. They trash other people/brands that don’t align with their mood boards, ideas or interests. This idea is pushed on their audience and their patreon fan boys follow suit. This trend is so common in fashion and is tiresome.

Overall a good listen.

Listening to the podcast each week is like having a conversation with your funniest and coolest friends who are also fighting the good fight
