I am obsessed with everything Mike puts out - truly a treat for my psyche! Masterful and factual, with Mike’s direct approach, which is SO refreshing and real. This case is shocking, sad, hopeful, frustrating and everything in between. This series, while a different type of layout, is so good! I was able to binge the whole thing thank goodness as I don’t think I could’ve hardly waited in between! If you haven’t listened to Mike’s podcasts, what are you waiting for?

What a great series! I really enjoyed the details, the research, the interviews and of course, Mike’s great storytelling. Sending so much love to the family of the victim.

Yet again you have outdone yourselves. Yet again you have raised the bar and set the standard of storytelling and podcasting. Every other crime podcast needs to listen and take notes. It doesn’t get any better than Sword and Scale!!!

Of course, I listened because of Sword and Scale and Mike. I binged the entire series twice. The storytelling was as expected, maybe even a bit better. Lovin’ the little quips that he adds, LOL! But the details were really great. And the interviews were perfect. I like it more when you can’t hear the interviewer’s voice. 😊 Great job!
Absolutely recommend!

I love listening to Sword and Scale . Sword and scale nightmares is also fantastic. They don’t shy away from the details but don’t drool over them either. I respect Mike and the whole team. This though, this is a terrible money grab at the expense of poor Tina’s story. I made it half way through episode 5 before I had to stop listening. It took 1-3 just to find out what happened because they just keep repeating the same thing over and over because they didn’t bother to dig further. The first 10 minutes at minimum of every episode is basically recaps (I paused to see when I got any new information) I respect this family and what happened to this poor woman but this podcast is just so poorly done. I don’t need a half hour of recapping to get one new detail that poor Tina passed away before the trial started (episode 4). Do better.
